Judy Coughlin, CMT

Judy has recently left the corporate world of business, where she functioned in an executive capacity, to devote her time and energy to the healing arts.  Judy’s journey in the healing arts has been one of on-going education and practice over the past 13 years.  Beginning with the practice of Yoga, Judy was introduced to the energy of the breath as a connection to the self and the earth’s energy.  She continues to practice Yoga on a regular basis.

Reiki came into her life, making a major transformation in her approach to life.  She has been attuned to all levels of Reiki from Level 1 through the Master Level.  Judy trained under William Rand, President of The International Center for Reiki Training and has been teaching Reiki for 3 years.    She is also a Master in several other healing energy modalities including Kundalini Reiki.  In 2006 she studied Reconnective Healing under Eric Pearl.

In the fall of 2005, Judy went on a Native American Vision Quest, under the guidance of Shaman Emery Forest, director of Spirit Hollow - a Center for Shamanism and Spiritual Ecology.  Her 10 day Vision Quest included spending 4 days alone in the mountains of Vermont, fasting and seeking spiritual guidance.  It was a life altering experience.

Judy is a certified Massage Therapist.  It is her intention to combine her work in the healing energy field with Massage Therapy
